Delivery options, timing and cost depend on the product location and destination. These are confirmed by Customer Service before an order is finalised.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and local taxes may apply. The team will explain whether charges are included or payable separately for your destination.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied for the order.
Cancellations
Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. An order cannot usually be cancelled after it has been prepared or dispatched.
Made-to-order and customised items
Customised and made-to-order pieces may have longer lead times and different cancellation or return conditions.
